Information for boys’ and girls’ Soccer tryouts for current

8th  through 11th graders to play on our 2005-06 Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams.

When

 

 

Monday, April 25    4:30-6:00 pm

Wednesday, April 27    4:00-5:30 pm

Thursday, April 28    4:00-5:30 pm

Friday, April 29    4:00-5:30 pm

 

Where

 

 

  All tryouts will be held at the BAHS stadium or the adjacent soccer fields at the Senior High School (61st and County Line).

 

What

 

 

  Students interested in trying out for the soccer teams should have the following information in hand or on file with the athletic trainer:

  Also, please wear appropriate attire for athletic activities including:

  • soccer clothing (shorts, t-shirt)

  • shin-guards

  • cleats / soccer shoes

  • B.Y.O.W. (bring your own water)

  Students transportation to the high school will NOT be provided,    so please make your arrangements accordingly.

    Pre-Participation Physical Exams For All Broken Arrow School Athletes-

    The Athletic Department is conducting Physical Exams on April 30th, 2005 in the High School gym located at 1901 E. Albany Street.  Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 12:00 p.m.(noon).  The cost for the exam is $10 per athlete.  Please make checks payable to: Tiger Sports Medicine. 

    Paperwork may be obtained in advance through the Training Room office located in the gym, or in the Athletic office at the High School in Building I, Room 101.  The paperwork (see above links) will also be available the day of the physical exam.  Medical History and Consent forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for an Athlete to have a complete physical on file with the Sports Medicine Department.  Parents/Legal Guardians do not have to be present if the paperwork is signed.   If you have any questions you can email Trey Robertson, or call the Training Room at  259-4310, ext. 282.
